The Lead Residential Electrician is responsible for troubleshooting electrical issues, inspects circuit breakers and other electrical components, conducts general electrical maintenance, reads, and interprets blueprints and technical diagrams, labels system components, and works standard computations relating to electrical load requirements of wiring, as well as maintaining a company truck/van.

This position requires the following attributes: a positive and coachable attitude!

Duties and Responsibilities

The Lead Residential Electrician is responsible for troubleshooting electrical issues, inspects circuit breakers and other electrical components, conducts general electrical maintenance, reads and interprets blueprints and technical diagrams, labels system components, and works standard computations relating to electrical load requirements of wiring, as well as maintaining a company truck/van.

Qualifications & Necessary Attributes

· Journeyman Required

· High School diploma or associate degree in electrical engineering is preferred.

· At least 6 year of electrical experience in either commercial or residential

· Highly observant and analytical

· Detail oriented

· Organized

· Understands how to use the necessary tools of the trade

· Ability to understand and perform electrical calculations.

· Physically able to lift 35lbs.

· Effective Communication Skills

· Fluent using technology for job activities and dispatch

· Valid Drivers License and clean driving record

· Required to supply your own tools

· Great people skills

· Required to look presentable and professional on a daily basis

· Punctual

· Clean Background- BACKGROUND CHECKS WILL BE RAN PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT
